$10 for US, $11 for international!

Yes! Print Club ships all over the world (we have readers from Australia, Singapore, India, and more!) - just make sure to sign up with the international link!

Packages go out around the 15th of each month.

It depends on where you live. US mail usually takes 1-2 weeks; international 3-4 weeks (depending where you’re reading from in the world!).

No. Print Club ships as regular letter mail, which keeps it affordable and keeps it feeling like a letter. When packages go out, I’ll post about it on IG so you know!

Billing runs a month ahead, so each payment covers the following month’s envelope. That lets me order prints in advance and make sure there’s one for you. If you sign up in September, your first package is October’s, and it ships around October 15th. And on and on!

Give it 30 full days from the ship date, since mail can be slow. If it still hasn’t arrived, email me with your name and address and I’ll look into it. I’m always happy to send free replacements!

Email me and I;ll handle it within 24 hours! Canceling stops future charges. If you’ve already paid for next month, that envelope will still come to you.

If your envelope hasn’t left yet and you’d like a refund, yes. I’ll refund that month.
Once it’s been mailed, I can’t refund it. Print Club is a one-person business, and by the time an envelope ships, the print has been made, the sticker ordered, and the stamp bought.
If it got lost, email me and we’ll sort it out.
